We’re excited to add an experienced Senior Financial Analyst who is a self-starter and wishes to grow into increasing responsibility. This position will assist the Vice President of FP&A with planning and analysis operation of the Company, and will support a diverse expanding business that has supporting studios in the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe-Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Prepare recurring reports as needed, including but not limited to: Daily Operating Report, Monthly Financial Statements, marketing reports, partner & compliance reporting, monthly FTE/Headcount
- Prepare ad hoc analysis and forecasts as required
- Participate in the budget/forecast processes to include but not limited to: preparing budget templates for department heads, project manage and support assigned department heads through the budget process, compile incoming budgets and make recommendations
- Partner with assigned business owners to drive continuous business improvement
- Support other finance areas including but not limited to: general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, comp audit
- Support mergers and acquisitions activities inclusive of research, forecasting, due diligence
- Aid in preparing company PowerPoint presentations as required
- Ability to work across global time zones
Required
- 3-5 years of analysis/accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience with queries and report writing tools
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of management
- Work independently and demonstrate strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Resides in the Las Vegas metropolitan area
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field
- Experience with SQL, queries, and report writing tools
