Senior Financial Analyst, Operate Solutions

The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Business Finance team! As a finance partner to business leaders within our Operate Solutions organization, you will play a cross functional role in the financial management of the business including the formulation of our monthly results, financial forecasting and analysis of key trends and initiatives. You will have the opportunity to partner directly with the business and finance teams to deliver models, dashboards or reports that help advise business decisions.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop detailed financial operating models to accurately predict business performance for quarterly / annual planning and forecasting cycles to ensure investment and resource allocations are aligned with Unity’s strategic priorities
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and projects to business partners for decision-making analysis
• Analyze and report on monthly budget / forecast vs actual results; develop actionable insights to address business issues and trends
• Maintain and improve detailed models that track and analyze the spend of the business
• Improve transparency and usability of our existing data by crafting reports and dashboards that provide insights into key data

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similarly quantitative/analytical degrees
• Experience in an analytical role (e.g. financial planning & analysis, investment banking, consulting, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to present sophisticated financial information in an easy to understand format
• Proficient in Excel, Google Suite (Sheets, Slides), and common data analytics tools as well as knowledge of financial systems (Adaptive; Workday Financials)

You might also have

• MBA, other relevant advanced degree or CFA
• Background in the gaming, internet or high growth technology industry
