Senior Financial Analyst, Monetization

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will be a part of our Monetization business and help enable Developers to grow a business through advertising, in-app purchases, and services that optimize player lifetime value to monetize games and other mobile applications.

Responsibilities – You will:

• Report and analyze business results and communicate key takeaways (including the identification of risks and opportunities) to internal business partners
• Help us improve and implement processes to support our growth and drive efficiencies that help us scale as an FP&A team
• Work cross functionally to ensure accurate reporting on all financial metrics and key performance indicators
• Update and manage the team’s operating models to accurately predict business performance
• Complete annual plans, monthly forecasts and help ensure investment and resource allocations are aligned with Unity’s strategic priorities
• Participate in the preparation of material for Board of Director meetings, Investor meetings and internal Executive meetings
• Ad hoc financial modeling and analysis as needed

Requirements – You have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similarly quantitative/analytical degrees
• Relevant experience in an analytical role (e.g. financial planning & analysis, investment banking, consulting, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present complex financial information in an easy to understand format
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience working with an ERP financial systems

Bonus points

• Adaptive Planning, Netsuite and/or Workday
• Industry experience in the gaming, internet or ad-tech
• SQL - comfort working with large data sets and creating data
• Excellent analytical and organization skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
