You will be a key member of the FP&A team in creating and maintaining an effective financial planning, reporting, and analysis process.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be a thought partner to help drive insight and foresight into the business, helping to guide management in their decision-making, providing financial insights.
You will support the senior leadership in both Marketing and Finance, owning end-to-end budgeting and planning and will have a deep focus on monthly / quarterly expense forecasts, month-end close, annual planning process, flux analyses, business partnership and supporting ad-hoc requests.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic performance in a relevant focus such as Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 5+ years of relevant Corporate FP&A experience; SaaS business a plus
- Proven business partnership in owning budgeting and planning, and providing forecast accuracy, clearly communicate results and explain variances
- Excellent modeling and presentation skills, comfortable working with ambiguous data points, and can distill large amounts of complex data into actionable insights
- Dedicated and self-motivated individual; highly collaborative with the ability to influence
- You have the highest integrity and have extreme attention to detail; you take pride in having high standards of accuracy and precision
- Possess strong financial acumen. You have in depth knowledge of GAAP accounting standards (understand financial documents and statements, chart of accounts, expense accruals, FP&A processes, etc.)
- Comfortable completing projects in tight time frames with minimal direct supervision
- Working knowledge of ORACLE Hyperion Planning, SAP BPC, or Anaplan
- Working knowledge of BI tools to build/improve standardized and ad-hoc reporting
