Senior Financial Analyst - LATAM & EMEASummary
The Senior Financial Analyst – LATAM & EMEA is responsible for supporting the Latin American and EMEA finance teams in helping the organization achieve its financial objectives through accurate and timely analysis and reporting. The role will support the Director of LATAM & EMEA and will partner with the finance leadership team to ensure that defined financial performance and operational standards are maintained.What You'll Do
- Strategic partner in development and execution of multi-regional plans and programs that drive long-term incremental sales and profit growth in emerging markets
- Manage competitor, market, and performance data to consult on new markets and growth opportunities (M&A)
- Serves as a finance leader and technical resource for LATAM and EMEA. Model business cases and provide decision support for Managing Director to ensure operational success and business goals are met while protecting premium brand
- Pricing liaison for new products and commercial models – works with teams to ensure proper customer-facing content
- Establishes credibility throughout the organization as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges
- Identify and drive multi-regional sales and profit improvement around marketing strategies, promotional programs, pricing models, discount policies and plans for new product development and introduction
- Multi-regional consolidated COE reporting including half, month and year end reporting, strat planning, quarterly forecasts, and annual plans
- Institute and initiate broader, multi-regional commercial governance
- Provide financial review and evaluation of sales proposals, business cases, request for proposals (RFP) and request for contracts (RFC)
- Provide enterprise leadership and cross collaboration to ensure the company achieves both operational and financial targets
- Align to Connect and Unleash
- Manage cash collections, sovereign limits and capex management and forecasting and analysis
- Cost basis analysis and cost savings implementation
- Coordinate with both demand planning and sales teams to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained from both a sales execution and financial management perspectives
- Lead process improvement projects to drive efficiencies throughout the organization
- Partner with the Financial Operations team to ensure an accurate and on-time month-end close process for each region

- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or other quantitative discipline required
- Minimum of five years of experience in finance or equivalent required, preferably in high paced environment.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder engagement
- A history of leading, implementing and supporting successful projects including track record of process improvement initiatives
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to challenge issues, resolve conflict, and build relationships cross functionally
- Very strong communication skills
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of financial analysis and modeling
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools
- Experience with Power BI/Tableau is preferred but not required
- Entrepreneurial demeanor with demonstrated ability to partner with leadership in driving top line opportunities
- High energy self-starter with a strong drive for results

Education: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or Equivalent.
