Analyste financier // Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :

• Apporter un soutien au processus de clôture mensuelle et pour la communication de données ( reporting ).
• Tenir à jour les tableaux de bord, les indicateurs clés de performance, et superviser l'analyse mensuelle des écarts et les analyses d'exploitation pour suivre le succès de l'entreprise.
• Travailler avec les responsables de l'entreprise pour aider à l'élaboration du budget annuel, des prévisions trimestrielles, ainsi qu’à l’analyse des performances de l'entreprise.
• Développement continu de modèles et analyse des activités pour évaluer les initiatives de croissance, les lancements de produits et la performance globale du secteur d'activité.
• Travailler en partenariat avec les spécialistes de la science des données pour analyser les pilotes de croissance ( business drivers ), identifier les zones d'opportunité et de risque, et apporter des améliorations au budget de nos unités.

Profil recherché :

• Baccalauréat ( Bachelor's degree BA/BS ) en finance, comptabilité, commerce, ingénierie et/ou dans une discipline similaire comportant une dimension analytique.
• 2 ans minimum d'expérience dans des postes nécessitant l'analyse et la communication de résultats financiers.
• Solides compétences en matière de plans d'affaires et de modélisation financière, avec notamment une maîtrise parfaite d'Excel et de Google Sheets, ainsi qu'une expérience significative d'autres outils d'analyse de données et de tableaux de bord (par exemple, Tableau).

Responsibilities:

• Supporting monthly close process and reporting
• Maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and overseeing monthly variance analysis and operating reviews to track business success
• Working with business leaders to support the development of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and review of business performance
• Ongoing model development and business casing to evaluate growth initiatives, product launches, and overall business line performance
• Partnering with data science to analyze business drivers, identify areas of opportunity and risk, and drive improvements to our unit economics

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering and/or similar discipline with analytical bias
• 2 years in positions that require analysis and reporting financial results
• Strong business planning and financial modelling skills including expert proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and significant experience in other data analysis and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau)
