Senior Financial Analyst, Call of Duty Strategic Finance

Activision is seeking a talented financial analyst to help drive the Call of Duty Strategic Finance vertical. This role is centered around creating quantitative analysis to enable Franchise leadership decision making, especially for scenarios with little precedent. This will be a dynamic and visible role that will involve strategy and financial analysis, and will be a key partner to our Call of Duty business unit.

• Partner with business leaders on financial and strategic initiatives to drive key decisions for the Call of Duty franchise
• Build data-led financial models to aid the Business Unit in determining commercial impact of various initiatives across reach, engagement, and monetization KPIs
• Support long-range planning processes through management of Franchise-wide model
• Become an expert in everything related to the Call of Duty P&L, including past / present commercial, product, and marketing initiatives
• Assist in ad-hoc financial exercises across all Call of Duty products

Player Profile

Leveraging proven analytical capabilities, the successful candidate will be a strong cross-functional collaborator and help drive key operational decisions and investments.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience (investment banking, strategic finance, corporate strategy preferred), ideally in the games/technology/media industry
• Extensive experience modeling technical financial scenarios in Excel and outputting complex concepts into executive materials
• Strong critical thinking: ability to communicate complex concepts at a high level to executives
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Interest in video games or entertainment
