We are looking for a passionate and experienced senior financial analyst to join our growing Finance team. Our team is responsible for planning, forecasting and strategic analysis. Senior Product and Engineering leadership rely on the Finance team to develop actionable insights, to steer decisions on headcount and cloud infrastructure investment, and to build scalable financial systems solutions.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance Business Partnership, you will help establish coordination and communication between various teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, and our Talent teams. With these teams you will guide our planning and forecasting process, ensuring that both are aligned with our longer term strategic and financial aspirations. You will also gain invaluable experience that offers autonomy, deep interactions with business partners, and the opportunity to have an impact on a growing business.

What You Will Do

Be the central coordinating point across the finance and accounting teams for planning, capital markets activities, public company
Establish financial planning processes related to headcount planning, expense forecasting, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with Business Partners on developing metrics, reports , analyses, dashboards , etc . to drive key business decisions related to EPAD planning.
Identify opportunities to enhance, automate, and scale our forecasting and reporting tools, and also our processes.
Conduct cost / benefit analyses and communicate key drivers / inputs to support business decisions

You Will Thrive In This Role If...

3+ years of related experience (e.g., FP&A, Accounting backgrounds, management consulting)
Strong analytical skills and ability to use company financials or data to help steer stakeholder decisions and build scalable processes
Proficiency in communicating analysis in clear and easily understood manner
Ability to build deep partnerships and collaborate across all levels and teams
Proficiency in excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and financial modeling; experience working with data sets

Bonus Points

Understanding of financial planning and accounting concepts
Knowledge of Analytical tools, such as Looker

New York City residents only: Minimum salary of $133,000/year + equity and benefits
