Senior Financial Analyst | Analyste financier Sénior·e

As a member of the finance team, the candidate will play a significant role in preparing monthly financial statements with a focus on consolidating various subsidiaries, reporting, and financial information. Compliance with accounting standards and others, will be a key responsibility of the candidate. The senior financial analyst will also be tasked with supporting the finance team in analyzing various projects and handling ad-hoc requests.

In this role you will :

• Ensure the compliant application of IFRS accounting principles
• Participate in the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Participate in the preparation of year-end.
• Prepare analyses supporting financial statements.
• Participate in various special projects.
• Support teams from other foreign entities
• Collaboration on multimedia tax credit claims

What we're looking for :

• CPA designation obtained (or in progress);
• Curiosity to delve into a complex ERP system
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experiences in a similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS standards.
• Strong technical understanding of accounting and financial information consolidation.
• Fluency in both English and French, both oral and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High sense of organization and adaptability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent priority management.
• Developed sense of investigation and creativity in finding solutions.
• Very good attention to detail.

Dans ce rôle vous devrez :

• Assurer l’application conforme des principes comptables IFRS
• Participation à la préparation des états financiers consolidés ;
• Participation à la préparation de fin d’année ;
• Préparation de diverses analyses mensuelles à l’appui des états financiers
• Participation à plusieurs projets spéciaux.
• Appuyer les équipes des autres entités étrangères
• Collaboration aux demandes de crédits d'impôt pour le multimédia

Ce que nous recherchons:

• Désignation CPA obtenue (ou en cours d’obtention) ;
• Curiosité à explorer un système ERP complexe
• 5 à 10 années d'expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire ;
• Connaissances approfondies des normes IFRS ;
• Grande compréhension technique de la comptabilité et de la consolidation d’information financière ;
• Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, oral et écrit.
• Grande capacité d’analyse et esprit de synthèse ;
• Sens élevé de l’organisation et facilité d’adaptation ;
• Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des échéanciers serrés ;
• Excellente gestion des priorités ;
• Sens développé pour l’investigation et créativité dans la recherche de solutions ;
• Très bonne attention aux détails ;

En tant que membre de l’équipe des finances, le·la candidat·e jouera un rôle important dans la préparation des états financiers mensuels, mettant l’accent sur la consolidation des différentes filiales, le reporting et l’information financière. La conformité aux normes comptables et d’autres, sera une responsabilité clé du·de la candidat·e. L’analyste financier·ère sénior·e sera également chargé·e de soutenir l’équipe de finances dans l’analyse de divers projets et d’effectuer des demandes ad-hoc.
