Finance Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Analyst to support our Finance Business Partner Lead in providing critical financial insights and guidance to drive strategic decision-making. This role requires a proactive, business-oriented approach to numbers, a keen analytical mind, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial excellence. The Senior Finance Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting.

Requirements

• Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset to challenge business assumptions and support data-driven decision-making.
• Technical Skills: Experience in using Excel and building financial models, reports. Nice to have experience with Power BI,
• Business Acumen: Ability to connect financial data with business strategy and provide relevant insights.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication of financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify areas for process improvement and drive changes that deliver tangible financial benefits.
• Collaboration: Good interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: A few years of experience in finance, controlling, or a similar analytical role.
• Industry: Experience working in global companies
• Language Skills: Good knowledge of English and Polish (written and verbal) is required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance Business Partnering & Decision-Making Support

• Act as a trusted partner for business leaders, providing financial insights and analysis to support key decisions.

• Challenge revenue and cost assumptions, providing deep-dive analysis to drive business performance.

2. Forecasting, Budgeting & Analysis

• Prepare, coordinate, and manage the financial budgeting process.

• Provide real-time forecasting and financial analysis to support agile decision-making.

• Create and update Monthly Management Reports, providing timely insights into business performance.

3. Commercial Finance & Business Development

• Support business development processes, including financial modeling, pricing, and commercial analysis for new accounts.

• Consult on financial aspects of new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with company goals.

4. Reporting & Variance Analysis

• Provide accurate and timely reports, including detailed variance analysis, to business stakeholders.
