Playground Games is looking for a Senior Facilities Administrator to join our Operations team on a contract basis.

About the role:
As Senior Facilities Administrator, you will be working closely with the internal Facilities team and wider Administration team to proactively ensure that all Facilities administration is kept up to date and accurate. This varied role involves interacting with a variety of internal teams and disciplines, in addition to external contractors.
Our ideal candidate is a confident and experienced Facilities administrator, has excellent customer service skills and is resourceful and detail orientated.
This is a contract role based across our two state-of-the-art facilities in Royal Leamington Spa.
What you’ll do:
- Act as a first point of contact for Facilities helpdesk queries.
- Compile, issue and update the daily/weekly jobs sheets for the Facilities team.
- Liaise with external parties and contractors, proactively updating and maintaining the maintenance tracker, Facilities calendar and Facilities contracts database.
- Plan PAT testing at both studios.
- Maintain the Premises Files for both studios.
- Assist with the creation of License to Alter documentation for both studios.
- Provide administrative support on Facilities projects.
- Purchasing of tools/facilities, maintenance services and H&S supplies.
- Raise purchase orders for contract renewals.
- Assist with the planning and execution of desk moves, ensuring the seating plans are kept up to date.
- General H&S administration, inclusive of booking H&S training, keeping H&S files up to date and ensuring adequate H&S resources for both studios.
- Update Facilities H&S SharePoint and Confluence pages.
- Provide Reception cover as needed throughout the day including lunch cover and holiday cover.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of company events
What you’ll bring:
- A high level of Facilities, Estate or Property administrative experience, with a minimum of 5 years experience working in a customer focused or reception role.
- Confident and competent use of Excel.
- Some knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance and facilities.
- IOSH or equivalent H&S qualification.
- The ability to work confidently whilst supporting a busy team, with minimal supervision.
- A proactive, detail orientated and methodical approach.
