Crystal Dynamics is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and highly organized Senior Experience Producer with a professional background in game development and demonstrable history of fully owning a core pillar for a AAA gaming experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate and carry the game vision for a core pillar of the game to the team
- Ensure timeliness and quality while holding teams accountable to commitments
- Collaborate with Lead Producer and Leads across other disciplines to determine resources necessary to complete projects
- Collaborate with the Lead Producer to coordinate, track, and guide activities of both internal and external development resources
- Utilize project management tools, production methodologies, and leadership level dialogue to maintain tight schedules and high standards of quality
- Partner with discipline and production leads, providing oversight and guidance to development teams
- Identify and fix bottlenecks and roadblocks for your team; both for day-to-day tasks, and longer-term processes/ development pipelines
- Collaborate with recruiting and Human Resources to identify, hire, and retain top-tier talent for our teams
- Coordinate with other internal teams such as Brand and Marketing, IT, finance, etc. as needed
- Coordinate and manage communications with external groups including marketing, outsourcing resources, first party console developers, etc.
- Other Duties as assigned
Essential Requirements
- 7+ years of game development experience in an internal development Production role
- Shipped 1+ major AAA console titles as a Producer
- Experience leading sub-teams as a Senior Producer on a quality title, overseeing a pillar of the game
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine (or equivalent) in regards to how it relates to production
