The Senior Executive Compensation Partner will proactively build partnerships, foster open dialogue, provide creative solutions to issues in real time and support the successful administration of compensation programs globally. What you’ll be doing
- Be an integral part of the Executive and Equity Compensation team by supporting the execution and development of Unity's programs, including budgeting and modelling, developing tool requirements, communications and training
- Complete ad-hoc analyses linked to new executive hires, current employees, and promotion requests by utilising external benchmark data and internal peer equity while ensuring alignment to Unity's compensation philosophy. Review and audit Board materials for readiness
- Own the end-to-end workflow and full management of the equity grid updates, including readiness activities for HR, managers, and employees
- Develop and maintain relations with key partners in HR, Finance, and Executive Leadership and contribute to cross-functional projects as needed
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience providing executive compensation support with experience collaborating with internal partners at all levels
- Previous experience supporting equity compensation projects including annual grid updates, budgeting and forecasting, working through Board materials
- Excellent judgement and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly take insights from complex data sets
- Flexible and open to changing priorities, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes and comfortable working independently and seek out resources and answers needed to meet timelines
