Adjust is looking for an experienced Senior Events & Marketing Operations Manager to lead the planning of B2B events and event marketing operations for the EMEA region, including Adjust-hosted and co-hosted events, conferences, hospitality events, both in-person and virtually. The ideal candidate will have a strong familiarity with delivering B2B events to support overall Sales & Marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as lead for event & event marketing operations primarily in the EMEA / MENA and CIS region to generate new leads and nurture current clients
- Coordinate the strategic planning and execution of educational, hospitality and networking events, along with industry conferences (In-Person, Hybrid or Virtual)
- Manage relevant event contracts, legal documents, invoices and billing arrangements with vendors, partners and internal Legal and Finance teams
- Project manage on-demand webinars and external event marketing campaigns
- Proactively research and recommend industry event opportunities for regional markets
- Effectively communicate event details to all relevant stakeholders
- Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with global team members and departments (Sales, Design, Product Marketing, Partnerships and Finance)
- Develop and actively manage vendor/freelance relationships to ensure best available resources
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with vendors and conferences
- Attendee and registrant list management (Pre & Post Event)
- Venue and vendor sourcing management, including contract negotiations
Qualifications:
- A min of 5+ years of experience in planning and producing mid-sized to large scale in-person and virtual B2B events end-to-end, preferably with a SaaS or tech company
- Moderate regional and international travel required for on-site event support as needed
- Fluent English speaker, with other languages fluencies is a huge plus
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with departments to ensure all aspects of events are delivered effectively and efficiently
- Confident collaborating with stakeholders and senior management
- Proficiency with the Google Workspace (Google docs, sheets, Gmail. etc.)
- Experience with event management platforms and Sales management tools (e.g., Splash, Zoom, GoToWebinar, Asana), with familiarity with Salesforce and/or Pardot a huge plus
- Understanding of quarterly and annual budget management and forecasting
- Strong writing skills required
- Comfortable collaborating with Design & Marketing to amplify event strategies within the region including event themes, promotional items and digital event marketing campaigns
- Basic understanding or experience within the mobile marketing a huge plus
