Senior Event Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a self-reliant and engaged candidate who will help us create the best gaming events. International fairs, high-budget events for media and players, limited only by our own imagination? Organising E3, Gamescom, GDC, Promised Land and other events in the game industry? That’s our everyday reality and now you can become a part of it.

Daily responsibilities

• Planning, executing and evaluating global and local events organised by CDPR.
• Pitching and presenting the ideas of the events to the teams, directors, the board.
• Communicating with our global business partners.
• Cooperating with multiple internal teams (Marketing Creatives, PR, IT, Communication, Video, Legal, Culture & Diversity etc.) in regards to delivering the best quality events.
• Planning and producing the gadgets for the events.
• Cooperating with the agencies and external partners.
• Conducting the biddings.
• Setting and controlling the allocated budgets

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in organising global-scale international events.
• Ability to work on a few projects at the same time under the time pressure.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Openness to innovative solutions and readiness to take up new challenges in a team environment.
• Flexibility, attention to detail and to the quality of the work delivered.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have:
(Please note that these skills are not required to apply for the position).

• Experience in the games industry and/or interest in video games.
• Interest or basic knowledge in technical tools/software regularly used at events.
• Ability to visualise ideas in software such as: PowerPoint, Canva.
• Experience in organising events where the budgets exceeds 500.000 US

Additional Information

Working mode

For this role you can choose between a remote-first or office-first working mode.

• Office-First: working primarily from the Warsaw studio for a minimum of 10 days per month.
• Remote-First: working from home with min. 1 day per week spent in Warsaw office (+ at the events in related locations).
