As a Sr. Environment Artist at Industrial Toys, you will work with a 3D generalist and level Designer to create playable spaces, large and small, using Unreal. You will collaborate with other Disciplines to ensure Visual and Technical standards are met and implemented in relation to the map creation process. You will work with the Outsource Manager to establish asset outsource needs for both static and destruction assets for the maps you own. In addition to standard World Building tasks, you will work directly with Technical Artists to create outstanding large and small environment destruction assets, how to build them, and together with the discipline leads establish the Unreal workflow for destruction asset creation across the game. You will often create hero destruction assets from concept to implementation and support other level pods to ensure destruction assets are identified and implemented across all levels of the game. When not working with other map pods to implement destruction, you will develop smaller map(s), taking the map from grey-box to final. You will report directly to the Environment Art Lead.
