Responsibilities:
- As an environment artist, contribute to and own the artistic execution of the environments in the game.
- Guide and mentor members of your team.
- Shape the experiences and areas of the game from start to finish collaborating with Design, Concept, and Technical Art disciplines.
- Conceptualize and execute ideas within a schedule, while actively participating in technical and artistic problem solving.
- Use custom toolsets to deliver environments and assets within the confines of real-time engine constraints.

Essential Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in the game development industry on AAA console titles with at least three shipped titles.
- Able to showcase a professional, highly realistic portfolio
- We are seeking artists with experience and specialization in one or more of the following areas:
- Strong compositional skills with a keen eye for telling a narrative through environmental set dressing and/or lighting.
- High resolution hard surface modeling in Modo, Blender and/or Zbrush
- High fidelity, PBR materials and surfaces in Substance Designer/Painter and/or Quixel.
- Superb understanding of Foliage creation in software such as Speedtree.
- Maya and photoshop experience is a must.
- Other plusses include: Houdini, Photogrammetry software
- Traditional Art backgrounds are a plus
