Senior Engineering Manager, Infrastructure Foundation Software

As a part of Infrastructure Foundation Software team you will drive the evolution and revolution of Roblox foundation tooling system to manage millions of private and public infrastructure resources to support hundreds of millions of users every month. You will define team vision, software architecture and design to run our infrastructure extremely efficiently while driving down the TCO.
You are:
- A leader with experienced in hiring and growing an accomplished team of engineers
- Lead architecture and implementation discussions
- Experienced in SDLC and leadership for building internal tooling for large-scale infrastructure
- Experience in build vs buy analysis and managing 3rd party solutions
- Knowledge in Linux and Windows operating systems
- Knowledge in physical data centers and public cloud infrastructure
You will:
- Develop and deliver groundbreaking tools and API solutions that enable our teams and systems to scale to meet the explosive growth and real-time requirements of our Imagination Platform™ and ultimately ensure our community has an thoughtful experience anywhere in the world.
- Identify and solve critical problems and prevent them from reoccurring via root cause analysis and automation.
- Create, influence, and improve the development platform, infrastructure, standards, and methods to ensure our goals of scalability and high availability.
- Develop and share best practices with development teams to improve the scalability and reliability of the Imagination Platform™
