The Role
We are looking for a Senior Employment Counsel to join our team in our Bellevue, Washington office (hybrid). In this role, you will advise our People (HR) team on employee lifecycle matters, and help build and improve processes and policies tailored to our high-growth environment and our people-centric values.

What You Will Do
- Work across functions to help the company mitigate potential risks during the employee lifecycle
- Partner closely with the People team to develop and implement employment policies and manage day to day employment matters
- Develop and continuously improve standard forms, playbooks, and internal resource documents
- Assist in developing and delivering training and guidance to employees on legal issues, best practices, and company policies
- Support general business operations and complete special projects as requested.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience with a wide variety of employment matters
- In-house experience a plus
- Impeccable drafting skills, exceptional judgement, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work and prioritize compete demands in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of an organization
- Active Washington state bar license or ability to register in Washington as in-house counsel within six months of hire
