AppLovin is looking for a strategic Senior Director of Human Resources to contribute directly and help support and manage the current HR and recruiting teams. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture. You should bring thought leadership, creative solutions to a growing organization experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and can help scale/manage our rapid growth. Responsibilities :
- Support continued deployment of HRIS across the organization and global subsidiaries.
- Structure thoughtful compensation, incentive and benefit plans across the organization that align to company strategic goals and personal contribution.
- Provide strategic business partnership, thought leadership, and coaching to all levels of the organization.
- Provide expertise and oversight in the following areas: employee on-boarding, off-boarding, and engagement; career development, performance management, coaching, employee relations, learning and development, and company compliance.
- Provide strategic leadership, input, management and oversight for company mergers and acquisitions, both domestically and internationally, for a highly acquisitive organization.
- Design and orchestrate meaningful but practical performance management and performance improvement plan systems, continuing education, and onboarding and offboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with throughout the organization fostering a strong and positive corporate culture centered around entrepreneurship, excellence and humility.
- Organize internal communications to ensure alignment of employees with the company vision and goals.
- Ensure that all HR policies and programs are compliant with the regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction. Address any non-compliance matters on a timely and effective basis.
- Investigate, monitor, and resolve complex employee situations from origin to conclusion while minimizing organizational risk.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in HR function(s) with a strong working knowledge of all key functional areas such as recruiting, employee relations, compensation, and benefits
- BS/BA or equivalent degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven capabilities as an individual contributor, manager and developer of talent
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with all levels of employees
- Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills applied at all levels of the organization
- Exceptional communication, partnering and conflict management skills
- Solid organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Someone who can thrive in a startup-like environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree or MBA in Human Resources
- PHR or SHRM certifications
- Public Company Experience, eg: proxy statement disclosure
- Sense of Humor
