Senior Director of Accounting

Bungie is looking for an experienced accounting leader to partner, build, and scale a world class accounting function at one of the world’s leading independent video game developers of immersive interactive entertainment, beloved by millions of people around the world. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and develop a team, and take the company through its next phases of growth.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and based at Bungie's headquarters in Bellevue, Washington, the Senior Director of Accounting will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the accounting function. This is a key leadership role with high visibility across the organization. The Senior Director of Accounting will partner with the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams in driving change management, process improvement, and scaling the finance organization, company infrastructure, and operations.
