Senior Director, Partner Development iGaming

Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of Commercial iGaming, the successful candidate will be assigned a number of key partner accounts, Jurisdictions, and responsible for building lasting relationships that translate into increased revenues generated through our iGaming product offerings. The Sr Director Partner Development collaborates closely with other key senior stakeholders to establish and execute strategic initiatives and key objectives. The Sr Director Partner Development makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations are effective. The Sr Director Partner Development works with the (RGS) platform team to offer a variety of integrations to operators in multiple jurisdictions both in the USA, Canada and in Europe. This role would join the growing global-based IGAMING team where the successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced and exciting environment using the latest technologies. Candidates should be comfortable working within partners, development, and creative teams. This is a leadership role with management of reporting lines.
The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Candidate will work directly with cross-functional stakeholders to work on complex strategies that require thorough enterprise thought leadership analysis of situations. This leadership role requires that the candidate demonstrate the ability to take unstructured data and convert it into usable data that requires an in-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry. Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
Candidate will manage the activities, engagements, and prioritization of the RGS Integration team. Prioritization and time-management are key skills to successfully manage multiple concurrent workstreams along with technical, program, product, and commercial stakeholders to develop and maintain integrations across all partners.
The candidate will cultivate the technical product road map alongside the game’s product team and developers. Candidate will regularly interact with major customers. and key internal executive stakeholders.What you'll do
- Translates iGaming business segment strategies into functional plans and leads execution.
- Contributes to development of strategies of a function or multi departments. Erroneous decisions will have a critical long-term (typically up to five years) impact on the overall success of function or multi departments.
- Works on complex issues where problems which are not clearly defined and where fundamental principles do not fully apply.
- Prioritizes and manages multiple simultaneous integrations.
- Leads the gaming team to build and launch a new product in a cross-functional matrix organization.
- Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
- Building and leading successful teams, recruiting the right people, and retaining them through creating a great collaborative environment and a focus on personal development.
- Understanding in leading a team that works with Web services and REST API Designs.
- Experience with collaborating with a team that works with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of how Application/Web servers (IIS, Apache, etc.) work in an enterprise platform environment.
- Strong enterprise leadership skills in presenting analytical and technical details among non-technical leaders.
- Highly organized with strong diligence and follow-through. Works well with others always maintaining an even temperament.
- Ability to manage people and resources in a manner that represents the core Aristocrat values.

What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree (BA); and at least 10 years Gaming experience in a comparable role and or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven leadership around team member development, coaching, succession planning and living a “people first” culture in a multidisciplinary, multi-regional, multi-cultural, environment.
- Gaming experience required.
- Scrum master understanding, ability to dissect complex challenges and lead a team to find solutions.
- Ability to partner, educate and communicate complex strategies, technologies, and solutions to peers, customers, and senior leadership through writing and presentations as needed.
- Experience as a service provider, operator, and a vendor across multiple entertainment verticals beneficial.
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to conduct instructions and instruct others, train personnel, author reports, correspondence, and procedures, and speak clearly to customers and employees.
