Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to bring innovation to our marketing program at Crowdstar. Crowdstar’s products are supported by an experienced development team and a creative marketing team who are all focused on building long lasting experiences for our players. The Senior Director of Marketing will be asked to deliver top-line growth through the marketing – bringing new players into our games and increasing their long term engagement. This role will manage the entire Crowdstar Marketing team and it reports to Glu’s VP of Marketing. This role will interface directly with Glu’s Product Leadership and C-suite Executives.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading all of Crowdstar Marketing Programs including Go to Market, Growth, Community and Life cycle.

- Focusing Marketing objectives and key results for the Crowdstar products - Design Home, Covet Fashion, and New Products in the future.

- Key Results will focus on Paid and Organic Growth Marketing Strategies – building innovative multi-channel campaigns that expand the reach of our products.

- Partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders including our Product Leadership and Central Teams to focus team objectives and key results.

- Managing and developing a team of brand, community, and life cycle marketers who have a long history with Crowdstar’s products.

- Ability to connect marketing activities to measurable results and make strategic decisions that balance short term ROI and long term growth

Required Experience

- Senior Marketing Role in a digital / mobile direct to consumer business. Lifestyle and Mobile Games experience a huge plus.

- Proven experience either building or leading marketing teams in a digital / mobile direct to consumer business.

- Demonstrated results in multi-channel campaigns (Brand, Life cycle, and Social) all working together to drive product growth.

- Effective experience launching new product including defining the audience and GTM Strategy.
