Remedy Entertainment, the creator of Control®, Max Payne®, Alan Wake® and one of the leading independent game studios in the world is looking for a Senior Development Manager to join our Max Payne project.
As a Senior Development Manager, you'll take part in all phases of our high-quality game projects and, together with the team, get to contribute to Remedy's future success.
In our upcoming and exciting Max Payne remake project, you will be the main producer for some of our teams, including those distributed across different locations. This role emphasizes coaching, guiding, and supporting team members. You will work in close collaboration with the project's production team and other Senior Development Managers.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Manage a team of developers, supporting them through their project life cycle stages.
- Be accountable and drive the delivery of your strike teams and assigned key processes.
- Plan and consistently deliver against project schedules, identify production risks or constraints, and troubleshoot dependency problems.
- Plan and prioritize tasks, and clearly communicate them to the teams you are responsible for.
- Facilitate communication between the project teams, leads and the other producers.
- Actively optimize and improve work methods and best practices to drive team efficiency.
- Stay up to date with industry standards, both in terms of methodology and quality, and help team members stay on par or ahead of them when necessary.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- You have solid experience as a Development Manager/Producer with at least one PC/console game project shipped. It's beneficial if you have experience working with Audio.
- You have excellent project management skills and hands-on experience leading teams using methodologies and frameworks .
- You are experienced in using production management software tools, such as Jira .
- You are proficient in Excel and business intelligence tools. Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms are a plus .
- Your mindset is geared towards long-term planning, problem-solving and critical thinking.
- You are used to collaborating with colleagues across different locations and departments, and you can communicate and present your ideas in a clear and coherent way .
- You thrive working in a team environment, sharing ideas and learning from others. As a team member, you are dedicated to contributing towards a friendly and inclusive work environment.
- You can also work independently, being organized and able to document your work.
