About the Role
Tripledot Studios are looking for a Data Scientist to join the Data Science team in our London office. Successful candidates will partner closely with marketing to use their expertise to make our business even better. We currently capture 10,000+ data points per second (and growing fast!) so this is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a fast-growing company and make an impact on our business with games that are played by millions of players every day. You'll be working alongside a team of enthusiastic Data Scientists coming from a variety of backgrounds (including ex- King, Google, start-ups and Big4 consultancy) with a best-in-class tech stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an excellent understanding of Tripledot games’ data sources and attribution mechanisms of revenue, clicks, installs, and spend. Stay updated with changes in data pipelines.
- Own and develop models and tooling to predict LTV and set ROI targets for both company-level strategic decision making and day-to-day campaign-level investment decisions.
- Use internal and external data sources to forecast longer-term LTV and portfolio-level performance, considering market trends in ad prices.
- Understand the strategic priorities of the marketing team and the wider business.
- Analyse the trends in LTV and ROI within our portfolio and communicate them to the wider business in an actionable way.
- Conduct ad-hoc deep dives that require advanced analytical techniques to answer strategic decisions by the marketing team.

- A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject or equivalent experience.
- A sound understanding of statistics (probability distributions, sampling, hypothesis testing, regression) and econometrics (time series modelling).
- Experience using statistical software and programming using R, SQL, python or similar in datasets.
- Experience with Excel and VBA or similar.
- Experience working with a user acquisition / performance marketing team.
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and data such as LTV, ROI, CPI, CPM.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in designing, building and maintaining dashboards using software such as Looker, Qlik or Tableau.
