Senior Data Analyst

As Senior Data Analyst with a mandate as Data Lead for Payday3 at Starbreeze you will play a critical role in development of Payday 3 by supporting development team with insights that allow them to build a better game. In addition, you will support marketing, business development and publishing with analysis and insights, and help shape our current and future products. You will have an impact on user experience and longevity though identification of issues and proposal of improvements. You will work in a fun, very fast-paced but informal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Own design, implementation, and quality assurance of game telemetry
• Identify areas for improvements
• Monitoring of game performance and core KPIs
• Propagating findings and insights throughout the whole studio
• Performing regular deep-dive analyses to investigate player behavior
• Build strong relationships with other departments to ensure the best use of available data across projects, teams and studios

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Tableau
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Economics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Applied Math, Management of Information Systems or a related discipline
• Mastery of English both verbally and in writing
