Studio Data and Insights (SDI)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst (Data Scientist) to join our Studio Data and Insights (SDI) team in Seoul, Korea. The experienced Senior Data Analyst (Data Scientist) will partner with core members in Studio, such as game developers, designers, engineers, product managers, and marketing professionals, to implement strategic priorities, solve complex analytical problems, and deliver business impact. We use our game data in the entire process of game development, from the planning new features phase to the evaluating their impacts on our users, to improve better user experience.

Report to Senior Manager, Studio Data & Insights

Key Responsibilities

• You will advocate for data informed game design by helping designers and producers make the right decisions around game design and business models.
• You will ensure that our studios have accurate information which enables them to make ground breaking, engaging and inspiring games.
• You will work together with all partner teams on strategic projects and contribute to the success of our future games.
• You will transform complex data into easily digestible chunks of insight that are understandable for designers and executives alike.
• You will evolve your career by staying on top of the industry trends, having access to the best tools and workflows, and guiding EA technology development.

Skill Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related discipline
• You have at least 5 years in the analytics or Business Intelligence space. Experience in gaming or online commerce would be useful.
• Proficient in both SQL and Python
• You have experience with data visualization tools, experience with Looker and LookML will make you stand out from the crowd.
• You have a passion for games and technology.

[주요업무]

• 게임의 기획 단계부터 특정 기능의 출시 후 플레이어 행동 데이터 분석을 통해 더 나은 플레이어 경험 제공
• 데이터를 다양한 방면으로 분석하여 인사이트를 도출하고 도출된 인사이트의 시각화를 통해 내/외부 구성원 설득 및 의사 결정 지원
• 대시보드화 작업을 통해 반복적이고 소모적인 업무 최소화
• 다양한 Machine Learning 모델 개발을 통해 플레이어 행동을 예측하고 이를 통한 의사 결정 지원

[자격요건]

• SQL 및 Python을 활용하여 데이터 분석 경험을 가진 분
• 다양한 머신 러닝 라이브러리를 통해 모델을 개발해 본 경험이 있는 분
• 기초적인 영어 커뮤니케이션 역랑을 가진 분
• 대용량 데이터를 분석한 경험이 있는 분
