As a Senior D&I Business Partner reporting to the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion, you bring broad skills to the teams and programs you're embedded on. You are a trusted resource and the go-to consultant for all things related to diversity and inclusion to help embed and operationalize diversity and inclusion throughout the business. You will develop and implement actions creating a diversity lens for all processes, initiatives and decisions. You are a culture promoter and a deployer of tools and programs that turn Rioter potential into performance and results. You're undaunted by titles and can partner with anyone at any level to help with decisions and you know how to achieve results that make an impact. You actively listen to others and are sensitive to any communication style, you create a safe space for others to share their challenges and opinions, all in an effort to proactively create solutions and mitigate risk.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and operationalize diversity and inclusion plans that enable clients and businesses to progress on goals. Lead execution of Diversity and Inclusion strategy
- Partner with HRBPs to drive D&I relevant engagement results and ensure alignment of D&I priorities with HRBP's goals and objectives
- Assess the D&I needs of stakeholders and create scalable, sustainable actions, milestones and accountabilities that foster a diverse and inclusive environment via leadership scorecard
- Work alongside Talent Partners embedded on product teams to help promote action through a consultative approach in areas such as organizational design, promotions, succession planning, talent assessment, and change management
- Act as an advisor to Rioter Relations to address and resolve investigations and complaints
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement initiatives that align with business initiatives and goals.
- Review and analyze workforce data and reports to develop strategies, approaches and prioritization of diversity program development and implementation.
- Access and analyze data to help identify trends, insights and gaps to inform strategy as well as relevant programming and interventions.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in an D&I generalist/business partner or human resource generalist role
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Organizational Design or relevant field; or equivalent work experience
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, collaboration and leadership experience
- Experience working with or supporting diverse communities
