Crystal Dynamics is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security solutions to protect our organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and data. You will also be responsible for analyzing and assessing security risks and developing and implementing security policies and procedures.

- Work with the IT Director, Cyber Director, and IT Leadership to align tools, processes, and baseline security configuration standards with the organization's cyber risk strategy.
- Provide IT staff with expert guidance on security implementation, ensuring adherence to best practices, validating security configurations, and supporting the testing and validation of internal security controls for essential infrastructure tools such as firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPSs), web application firewalls (WAFs), and anti-malware/endpoint protection systems.
- Document and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all systems, infrastructure, and applications to be monitored
- Review and monitor market security technologies, tools, and services for recommendations based on security and business requirements.
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training programs to enhance the organization's overall security posture.
- Collaborate with the Legal department to assess EULAs for company liabilities and ensure legal compliance in risk management, incident handling, and litigation hold requests.
- Partner with key-stakeholders to review and assess potential liabilities, offering valuable insights on security considerations for releases.
- Analyze gains and losses while demonstrating flexibility in decision-making, recognizing instances where benefits outweigh risks and warrant proceeding.
- Effectively manage and prioritize tasks, taking ownership of responsibilities, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

- Extensive experience in cybersecurity, with expertise in:
- Security Architecture: Designing and implementing robust security solutions for hybrid/infrastructure environments.
- Risk Assessment: Conducting thorough risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and able to propose effective security measures.
- IAM Solutions: Implementing and managing IAM solutions for secure access controls.
- IT Infrastructure: Understanding of various IT components (apps, OS, databases, networks, storage) for accurate security assessment and alignment.
- IT Service Management: Particularly knowledge of change and configuration management, showcasing the ability to establish robust processes and controls for efficient and secure IT operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, effectively managing and prioritizing tasks.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security

The pay range for this role includes the annual base salary, not including bonus and the generous benefits package that Crystal Dynamics provides all full-time employees. Individual compensation is determined by work location within our approved states, as well as additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education. Your recruiter will be able to share more information about total compensation.

$135,000 — $175,000 USD
