Strategic Account Manager - Gaming

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be completely accountable for the complete post-sales lifecycle of an Immutable X gaming customers. This includes working closely with solutions architects and pre/post sales engineers to launch a customer’s integration onto Immutable X, all the way through to ongoing project success, retention and renewal. This role has an incredible level of accountability and ownership, and will directly impact the success of Immutable and its growth moving forward.
You will understand Immutable X’s product deeply, and be sufficiently enabled to be independent for the bulk of customer dialogue, while being supported on integrations by solutions architects. You will be a trusted advisor and evangelist to our top tier gaming and web3 gaming accounts, deeply understanding their business and their needs, and helping them maximise the success of their NFT business on Immutable X
You will work closely with the product and engineering team to facilitate success and feedback from customers, and be the user’s internal advocate, ensuring an exceptional throughout their integration into Immutable X.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Grow our customer’s businesses on Immutable X
- Lead customers’ through our integration experience and help consult them on their blockchain / NFT designs to build the most successful business possible
- Create a scalable playbook for customer success
- Track accounts to identify churn risk, and work proactively to eliminate that risk
- Be a constant advocate for business customers of Immutable X
- Directly manage relationships with Immutable X’s most important customers
We would love you to have:
- 4+ years in customer success within an API based SaSS company
- Enterprise account experience
- Full relationship / customer lifetime value accountability for deals / clients they’re responsible for
- Industry insider knowledge and is currently either at a web3 of gaming company
Some extra skills that would be awesome:
- B2B2C software company customer success experience
- Crypto knowledge / background - this person will be consulting companies and helping to teach them how to build their go to market efforts in the blockchain / NFT space in order to maximise their business outcomes
- Proven ability to manage and execute business strategies and plans globally
- Exceptional communication skills, with a positive and practical approach
