Job Description

Ubisoft is currently seeking a Senior Creator Engagement Manager to join its Global Creator Relations team in San Francisco. The Senior Creator Engagement Manager will report to the Global Creator Relationships lead and will be responsible for leading multiple aspects of Ubisoft’s creator relations program in the U.S. The Senior Creator Engagement Manager will also play a senior role in helping develop and optimize administrative processes and procedures for the new Global Creator Relations team. This individual is an innovative thinker that proposes new ideas to benefit the whole department.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Play a key role in identifying and advocating for creator initiatives that will improve acquisition, retention, and growth.

• Mentor and guide team members on best-in-class creator relationship management

• Respond to daily creator inquiries in a timely and professional manner; act as spokesperson for assigned projects, know how to craft an appropriate comment and where to go internally to find the best answers

• Research, evaluate, outreach and own communication with a vast amount of content creators across all platforms. Keeping all information tracked and highly organized.

• Support titles in Ubisoft’s portfolio by activating content creators across all platforms.

• Help produce, edit, and present materials including pitches, Q&As, talking points, capture guidelines and presentations

• Coordinate distribution of b-roll packages, creator kits, and any other digital or physical items associated with our creator campaigns.

• Deliver concise, timely and informative reporting on creator activities, coverage, opportunities, successes, and creator feedback.

• Assist in the planning and execution of capture events both physical and digital for live and unreleased titles.

• Collaborate with internal and cross functional stakeholders worldwide

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field

• 2-4 years’ experience in creator relations

• Great teammate with strong collaboration skills

• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

• Ability to multi-task efficiently within a high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and with Discord

• Avid consumer of creator content across all platforms

• Ability to navigate social media to determine trends, issues, opportunities, and relationships within the wider online gaming community
