Marketing Art is one significant competitive advantage inside Wildlife Distribution. We make games grow by optimising their IPM. We do this by attracting a larger audience to our games through the creatives displayed in marketing campaigns. Those creatives (videos 3D, 2D, and mini-games) are the first point of contact of millions of users with our games.

To find phenomenal creatives, we developed a unique process that combines creativity and tons of data analysis that brings learnings from past creatives, benchmarks, and market trends. To guarantee that we are continually generating new creatives with a major impact on our game’s growth, we produce creatives on an industrial scale.

We're looking for a hardworking and passionate Creative Producer Manager , to join Wildlife's Marketing Art team in São Paulo, Brazil .

About the role

As a Creative Producer Manager y ou'll play a key role in our production workflow, dealing with projects in multiple teams, being the bridge between the production, creation and studio areas, analysing our production indicators and proposing constant improvements to our current pipeline. You will be responsible for managing the Creative Producers team for each specialty such as Cinematics 3D, 2D Motion video production and Unity prototyping so that we can build a cohesive production workflow across all teams.

What you'll do

  • Manage the Creative Producers team;
  • Oversee, track and analyze key performance indicators, defining actionable insights for each of them;
  • Identify potential challenges and opportunities that help the team achieve its goals;
  • Conduct 1:1s with Creative Producers;
  • Generate improvements by analyzing and diagnosing the current process;
  • Maximize efficiency and ensure a high-performance team by developing new systems, processes and workflows;
  • Anticipate and mitigate problems using critical and analytical thinking, identifying gaps and bottlenecks and quickly resolving them;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, building and improving the department's strategic position.

What you'll need

  • Experience with people and team management
  • Proven professional experience in project management
  • Good problem solving skill, you know how to analyze data/ KPIs, investigate roots causes for a given performance and take insights from it. Or at least, you are a quick learner open to learn this : )
  • Knowledge and experience working with agile methodologies and tools is a plus

  • You have past experience at an entertainment and/or advertising company;
  • You have an outspoken and empathic communication style;
  • You have a track record of being a fast learner and delivering results from those learnings;
  • You are proactive and quick to discover the best and most efficient way to carry out the team's tasks, as well as to delegate and guide the most efficient execution by the team members.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in an environment of continuous changes.
