Senior Creative Operations Manager

As a Senior Creative Operations Manager at Roblox, you'll play an imperative role in our Creative Studio, developing operations and infrastructure that supports a diverse range of creative projects, ensuring on time delivery while driving the successful execution of our work. You have experience building creative operations at scale, and are looking to use that experience to architect and grow a creative ops program. You understand the unique operational nuances of creative teams, how to build scalable project management systems and workflow streams, and thrive on fostering positive, collaborative relationships with cross functional partners and external stakeholders. Your attention to detail, collaborative mentality, project management skills, and passion for design and technology will be integral as we embark on our mission to bring millions of people together through shared experiences.

YOU ARE:

• Experienced: You have at least 7 years of experience as an operations expert, and have built and led creative operations teams and programs at scale. You will develop and support creative operations for a variety of formats, mediums, channels (social media, video, site design, advertising). Your skills are a dynamic mix of project management, systems implementation, cross-functional collaboration and strategic thinking.
• Adept: You are proficient with the latest creative operations tools, such as Wrike, Frame.io, Figma, etc.
• A project manager: You excel at running and managing multiple project streams allowing you to optimize intake, review and delivery processes to ensure projects are appropriately prioritized and resourced.
• A strategic thinker: You thrive on collaboration with cross functional partners such as creatives, marketers, UX designers, and product/engineering managers, driving the success, optimization and delivery of all creative studios projects. You understand the value of building scalable, strategic systems optimized for a unpredictable environment.
• A effective communicator: You align with expectations, spot and mitigate roadblocks that may arise all the while keeping all partners updated.
• Thoughtful: You understand that great processes aren't developed on the first go-around, and enjoy iterating with others with the goal of translating complex problems into simple, scalable solutions

YOU WILL:

• You'll partner with multiple stakeholders across the organization to execute creative project management for brand marketing, digital design, social marketing and communications while driving operational success.
• Design and implement scalable systems facilitating the evolution and hyper-growth of the creative studio.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver engaging creative assets that achieve business objectives and make a difference for our company and millions of Roblox fans.
• Improve flows of communication from working teams up to creative leadership, cross-functional partners, the executive team, and the company
