Position Overview
Zynga is looking for a Talent Experience Coordinator to support our lively People Operations team. This person will have a day-to-day impact on our Learning and Development (L&D) programs, as well as our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives. This role will also support Zynga’s commitment to Social and Corporate Responsibility (CSR).
Main Responsibilities
- Provide support to the L&D, DEI and CSR team projects, calendar and activities
- Coordinate registrations, communications and materials for virtual and in-person training activities
- Assist with learning platforms including the LMS and other content management processes
- Utilize industry diversity databases and internal metrics to produce timely and accurate data reports and analyses as requested
- Process invoices and contracts in our procurement system
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience in a Coordinator role, preferably for a People Operations/HR team
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion at all times
- Capacity to articulate thoughts/ideas in a fluid and concise manner in both written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) and Google Suite
