As a Senior Content Designer, you will help bring to life memorable and highly engaging playable moments that leverage your world building talents of telling interesting stories. Your efforts will help strengthen Blizzard’s core value of Gameplay First .
You will also leverage your experience and knowledge of creating best in class content to mentor junior content designers, while working with other team members in a collaborative setting.

COVID-19 Hiring Update: We've transitioned to a work-from-home model, and we're continuing to interview and hire during this time. This role is expected to begin as a remote position. We understand each person's circumstances may be unique and will work with you to explore possible interim options.

- Mentoring junior and aspiring content designers, as well as providing new perspectives to other designers.
- Crafting compelling scenarios and encounters that tell engaging stories.

You’re good at:
- Having a love for content features and creating the frameworks that content is built from.
- Being willing to let players miss the nuance of what you created in favor of creating their own stories and experiences.
- Finding unique and fun ways for players to experience the world.
- Pitching game content concepts in a clear, detailed manner, through strong written and verbal skills.
- Being good at organization and meeting deadlines.
- Self-critiquing and accept outside feedback.
- Being self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
