Senior Content Designer, Blockchain

THE JOB:

Do you dream of advancing the leading edge of game content design on blockchain? We're looking for an experienced designer to design balanced and engaging NFT content for new blockchain game. If you have a deep understanding of game content, stats, and rarity, and a passion for blockchain technology we'd love to meet you!

YOUR MISSION:

• Play a senior design role on a multinational team creating NFT content for a high profile web3 game
• Design NFT collections, economy rules, item rarity, stats, metadata, and much more
• Work closely with artists and programmers to turn your design ideas into reality
• Champion the discipline of content design by mentoring and giving feedback
• Pitch creative ideas for new features and upcoming projects

YOUR SKILLS:

• 7+ years of experience as a game content designer, or equivalent background
• Expert knowledge of game systems and metagame design fundamentals
• Solid understanding of NFTs, web3, and blockchain technology
• Experience with game communities on Discord, web3, and social media
• Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt and hit deadlines in a fast-paced and creative environment
• Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
