You’ll be a strategic partner who will participate and own a central part of what drives Massive forward; attraction and retention of our amazing people. You’ll be developing targeted programs to increase job satisfaction and making us stand out as a premier employer within entertainment and IT by assessing, evaluating and turning needs from the wider organization into actionable plans.

Responsibilities
- Driving the strategy for a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefit package
- Aligning the package with long-term strategy, philosophy, culture and business goals
- Using a creative approach to develop direct financial, indirect financial and non-financial compensation strategies
- Ensuring that compensation practices are compliant with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.)
- Strategically working with job classifications to propose solutions in line with acquisition and retention needs
- Challenging and searching for the next cool thing within compensation and benefits to proactively suggest improvements on how we stay on top of our game
- Closely collaborating with the global Ubisoft C&B-team
- Conducting periodic audits and preparation of reports
Qualifications
You as a person
Your extensive experience within compensation and benefits to increase employee motivation and a feeling of being valued makes you a vital player in the strategic goal of proactively looking after their best interest. Your specialized knowledge within reward and benefit policies gives you insight into the organisational advantages on everything from medical insurance to pension schemes and you're excited about being responsible for autonomously administrating and driving both old and new initiatives forward.
Your cultural awareness comes into play when dealing with a very diverse workforce and the idea of personal in direct contact with the developers throughout their employment journey (through hiring to off-boarding) excites you. This knowledge further enables you to think outside the box when researching best practices and then making sure we're on the forefront when it comes to treating all employees fairly and in line with job responsibilities when making recommendations for improvements and new initiatives within C&B.
Besides the above we’re looking for someone with experience within the following areas:
- 4+ years of professional experience working with C&B, as well as a relevant degree in human resources, business administration, finance or similar
- Prior experience working with HR practices and compensation cycle management and/or insurances and payroll areas
- Proven implementation of job analysis systems
- Insight into current labour rules and regulations as well as their impact on C&B
- In-depth knowledge of with various types of incentives and benefits – which enables you to come up with new and creative suggestions
- Experience working with quantitative data, as well as proven implementations based on the analysis
