We are looking for a Sr. Compensation Consultant to lead the Compensation initiatives and programs of the organization. The role manages our annual compensation reviews, compensation programs and systems, trains managers and employees on compensation programs and systems, participates in salary planning and bonus cycles, and manages our relationships with survey providers including completing annual submissions. The role is responsible for maintaining HR systems related to our Compensation programs, including set-up, maintenance, record keeping, reporting, and compliance.

We are open to remote work in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, MA, MD, NC, NV, NY OR, TX, UT and WA or onsite/hybrid/flex at our Bellevue, WA or Newport Beach, CA offices.

The national salary range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000 per year, plus annual bonus potential. Please note that the salary range shown is a general guideline only. We take into consideration the geography in which you live and your experience and qualifications when determining final salary. This role is also eligible for medical, dental, vision and life insurance, short and long term disability, 401(k), flexible and dependent care spending accounts, PTO, paid holidays and parental leave.
