You will complement our Communications Team with ownership of key employer branding responsibilities, as well as proactivity and passion in re-designing the Ubisoft brand experience, from the talents’ POV. You will build a strong collaboration with the talent acquisition team, as well as business stakeholders, using your expertise and spark throughout the EVP building & implementation process.

Your main mission

You will become the Communications team’s main point of contact for HR representatives on all key employer branding activities, collaborating with them on developing the strategy and annual plan, driven by the corporate objectives.

You will have the following main focus areas:

- Build a strong partnership with Talent Acquisition, HR, Communications, Quality Assurance, Production & ITD teams to understand the needs and identify opportunities/solutions to improve the employer branding process;

- Collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team to further improve the talent experience throughout their journey with Ubisoft Romania;

- Contribute to drawing the annual communication plan, with a focus on the specific employer branding objectives, including all relevant communication touchpoints (digital, events, PR, etc.);

- Lead the implementation of employer branding activities, coordinating all internal and external partners in this process and following key metrics to measure the results.

Other responsibilities will be:

- Coordinate with internal specialists and the media agency to build and implement the employer branding digital communication plan – drive the content creation process, oversee the media plan, evaluate results;

- Collaborate with HR & business representatives to build the annual employer branding events plan and oversee the implementation of Ubisoft’s presence throughout;

- Help recruiters develop as brand ambassadors throughout the talent interaction journey;

- Keep a close eye on the local & international talent and competitive landscape, absorb and digest any relevant news/ trends, identify best practices or market opportunities.

Qualifications

The value you bring

You are a marketing/communications specialist with relevant educational background and minimum 5 years’ experience, out of which at least 1 year on a similar role. You are bringing your proven knowledge of marketing tactics and consumer-centricity, as well as familiarity with the digital media ecosystem and designing

metrics-driven talent experiences. You have planned and led employer branding projects before, held budgets, organized events, interacted with talent. You are a big fan of storytelling and apply it in both your internal and external communications projects, a critical thinker with a sensitivity towards diversity and inclusion. You are a skilled communicator, both in written and spoken word, that has a long history of working cross-functionally and ability to influence beyond positional authority.

You are fun, passionate about marcomm, organized, adaptable and comfortable with change and ambiguity, curious in nature and driven by the desire to self-develop.
