The opportunity
Unity Technologies is looking for a results-oriented, adaptable and driven Senior Client Partner to join our Automotive and Manufacturing Team.
In this role, you will be an important part of our growing team to introduce and sell Unity based Real Time 3D solutions to Mid Market companies across a variety of industries. You will be at the forefront of the next wave of technology as industry leaders adopt Real Time 3D and Metaverse solutions to drive competitive advantage and safety across their organizations.
You will help us drive revenue, exceed quarterly sales quota and contribute to expand our footprint of customers within this key marketplace
What you’ll be doing
- Consistently deliver net-new revenue exceeding quota by providing value to our customer and potential customers with Unity licenses and Unity Services
- Qualify opportunities and establish a pipeline of ideal Unity customer profiles
- Drive outbound sales results to successfully sell Unity’s engine and services
- Become a specialist in the Unity product ecosystem, and be able to present it to users of all ranges of abilities and roles (artists, developers, etc.)
- Adopt a validated sales technique and process that contribute to exceeding sales quota
- Passionate about value and solution selling methodology in the discovery and qualification of identifying the ideal customer profile
- Partner with colleagues to drive Unity’s mission of leading the world in real-time 3D creation
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in a direct quota-carrying sales role
- Experience in SaaS Sales with a verifiable track record of overachieving sales quota of +$2M
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an incredible comfort presenting software and solutions
- Experience in a solution-oriented sales methodology such as MEDDPICC
- Ability to tailor conversations on-the-fly to meet the specific needs of potential customers, and at all levels of organization
- Exceptional commitment to accurately supervising all partner engagement and activity
- Ability to thrive in high growth, constantly evolving environments
- Someone with a deep network of IT decision makers

- With Real Time 3D software, engineering software sales, or middle ware sales
- Experience with Salesforce
- Passionate about Automotive industry
- German native speaker (for DEU position) French native speaker (for FRA position)
