Our team of developers is growing. Our backgrounds are diverse, but we all share a real passion for what we do. We’re looking for a Class Designer, and we believe that if you’re looking for a tight-knit crew that celebrates self-expression and embraces teamwork, we might be a phenomenal fit for you.

You’ll find yourself working with a team of designers, programmers, and artists to help build, implement and tune classes, items, and features for Diablo 4.

The ideal candidate will have a love of game design, a strong skills for critical thinking and analysis, phenomenal communication skills, boundless creativity, knowledge of Diablo games, and a longstanding passion for playing video games as well as experience in the games industry.

Requirements

• Strong sense of what makes a fun and compelling experience for classes and systems
• Analytical skills for evaluating systems and interpreting player behavior
• Experience developing or playing action RPG titles
• Outstanding interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills
• Passion for video games, especially Blizzard Entertainment titles
• 4+ years of video game industry experience as a designer
