- Working as part of a small but growing team of veteran developers. We are building a working environment where artists flourish and collaboration is key.
- You will work closely with creative leads, designers, artists and programmers to create high quality characters leveraging the next generation of games technology.
- You’ll be helping to establish and steer pipelines independently based on the requirements of the project and team.
We’d like to hear if you if you identify with the following:
- Master of creating game ready characters, whether through sculpts or photogrammetry.
- Master of human anatomy to a very high fidelity.
- Master of creating realistic, detailed clothing and attachments for characters.
- Experienced with the latest techniques used to create highly detailed and visually stunning characters models, including next-gen hair and skin shaders.
- Experience and familiarity with character customisation systems, covering body customisation, clothing customisation and attachments and gear.
- Excellent in defining and prioritising workloads for yourself through Jira or another tracking methodology.
- Excellent in identifying issues and proposing solutions that improve character pipelines or studio workflows.
- Expert skills in Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter and Marvelous Designer.
- Able to define workflows and tutorials that guide the entire character effort.
- Unreal Engine game engine experience a definite plus.
Nb: While we think the above experience could be important, we can’t predict the future and so we’re keen to hear from applicants that believe they have valuable experience. If you identify with the team & mission, but not all of the suggestions, then please still apply!!
