Senior Casting Producer
As a Senior Casting Producer, you are a multi-tasker with strong project management skills and a deep knowledge of casting/talent deals. You will be managing and/or assisting in a variety of casting related tasks on multiple projects for the Casting and Talent Management group, under the PlayStation Studios Sound Department. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a seamless ability to communicate with clients, supporting vendors, talent agents and AAA talent.
Responsibilities:
- Juggle multiple projects and a variety of clients
- Work closely with clients to determine project casting needs
- Create and send out casting breakdowns and request for auditions, work directly with talent agencies and casting websites
- Manage and review incoming auditions and prepare submissions for clients
- Work with clients and talent agencies to prepare and negotiate talent deals
- Work with legal department to request and draft talent agreements
- Talent scheduling and bookings
- VIP Talent Coordination at shoots and events when needed
- VIP talent wrangling as needed
- Light budget tracking for external talent costs
- Keep current with SAG AFTRA rules and requirements
- Keep current with Covid protocols
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant work experience
- A minimum of 4 years of casting, talent agency, production or relevant work experience
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality/discretion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with AAA talent, recording studio and motion capture staff
- General knowledge of talent deals and contracts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Detailed oriented with ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments concurrently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-starter and results-oriented
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), etc.
- Ability to work independently on difficult projects with minimal supervision
- Experience working between multiple time zones
- Talent scheduling experience a plus
- General knowledge of video game production, voice over, or motion capture a plus.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

$90,900 — $136,300 USD
