We are the Business Operations function supporting Accelerate Solutions, an innovative team building custom software for a wide range of clients! Our professional services team works across multiple platforms incorporating groundbreaking technologies like XR, robotics, machine learning and IoT. We work on a diverse range of business verticals including games, automotive, retail, manufacturing and entertainment.

In this role you will optimise daily activities, identify and fix business problems/opportunities, support Accelerate Solutions' hyper-growth trajectory by scaling our internal systems and processes, as well as leading a variety of projects related to enhancing collaboration across internal teams. What you will be doing
- Work with cross functional teams (Program Management, Financial Planning and Analysis, Project Management, Legal, Revenue Accounting, etc.) to drive key Operations and IT initiatives (e.g. migration of business systems and design of new business workflows).
- Requirements gathering from a broad range of stakeholders to support business systems migrations and support enhancements to existing systems.
- Assist in managing the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functionality within Salesforce to ensure the data integrity of our sales pipeline and accurate data flow to downstream systems managed by Accounts Receivables and Revenue Accounting.
- Drive, create, and build scalable operational processes between multiple functions of the business.
- Change management and delivery of sales enablement training related to any changes to the established processes and workflow of our various business stakeholders.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent work experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong curiosity to dig deeper and understand the "why" behind existing processes and pose new ideas and ways of doing things.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work successfully with minimal direction.
You might also have
- Experience working in business operations or sales operations.
- Familiarity with or knowledge of professional services in the technology/software industry.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
