Senior Business Games Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Working with VP of Global Sales and commercial team to forecast across physical and digital sales on a quarterly and annual basis
- Define and roll out high quality commercially driven reporting to stakeholders across the business
- Prepare thorough and detailed reports and presentations that help the team identify key areas of opportunity and insight to drive future design and decision-making.
- Establish solutions to how we house, manage, and maintain internal and market data to facilitate automated reporting
- Provide statistical analysis on DLC monetization to help drive DLC and monetization strategies for games in development
- Assessing title potential of development partners projects through forecasting/competitor analysis
- Evaluate and interpret data to extrapolate risks and opportunities
- Weekly reporting of digital sales across all major platforms
- Work with commercial teams to provide insight on wishlisting, conversions, promotional strategies
- Interdepartmental working, alongside marketing, finance, publishing, and IT
- Assessment of biz dev opportunities for catalogue and future releases - looking at timing, potential ROI, providing analysis to support commercial discussions
Key Requirements
- Relevant industry experience in gaming is essential
- 5+ years of professional analytical experience, leveraging data to drive process improvements
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills
- Experience with developing & implementing BI reports using BI tools
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Commercially minded, solution focused approach
- An ability to communicate analysis effectively and thrive under challenge
- A highly motivated initiative-taker, with a passion for bringing to life commercial analytics
- Can establish sense of urgency and prioritize effectively to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to foster and develop strong working relationships with development partners, customers, support teams and management
- Highly effective communicator - both verbally and written
- Experience of working in the gaming industry or similar fast-paced environment
