About the Role

As a member of Twitch's BD team, you'll leverage industry acumen , your existing network, and hustle to create new business initiatives across strategic B2B partners. To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated and data-driven Senior Business Development Manager, experience in building relationships, formulating creative deal structures, and closing complex, first-of-a-kind partnerships. You will report to the Senior Director of Business Development and will manage Twitch channel partnerships including opportunities in mobile platforms, developer tools, telecommunications, consumer products, payments, and more so you must be able to navigate almost any industry or sector. You will support the EMEA strategy, build a pipeline, and implement opportunities alongside the marketing, content, and sales teams.

You Will:

• Independently identify, source, and close high impact partnership agreements with non-gaming companies e.g. Consumer Brands, Payment Partners, OEMs, Telecommunication companies and other digital services that are repeatable and scalable
• Lead multiple engagements simultaneously over a variety of business categories including commerce, digital media, mobile, advertising from sourcing to go-to-market. This includes driving financial modelling, legal engagements, co-marketing discussions, and appropriate internal reporting
• Drive strategy within a sector by applying relevant data points to make informed decisions and bring key internal stakeholders onboard from initial negotiations through execution to ensure successful long-term partnerships
• Explore new business categories with an opportunity assessment and then build partner relationships quickly. This includes working backwards from both companies' goals such as understanding their business needs , visions, and strategy of our new partners and the teams you will represent

You Have:

• 5+ years Business Development, Consulting, Marketing, Partnerships or Go-To-Marketing in gaming, telecommunications, technology, media & entertainment, or finance
• Deep understanding of PC/Console/Mobile game landscapes, game GTM considerations, community development and business models

• Background in building multi-million GBP commercial partnerships, including pitching, contracting, and client service
• Account management experience in a customer-facing role, with demonstrated relationship building across multinational clients at C-level and with multiple stakeholders
• Experience generating new business from sourcing to closing large strategic deals independently
• Open to travel +30% time post pandemic

• Relevant industry work experience handling relationships with telecoms, retail, finance, OTT , etc .
• Ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity and work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages (German, Spanish, French ,Italian ) would be an advantage
