Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced business analyst from finance area. Within this role you will be responsible for gathering requirements from many stakeholders and support them in their daily issues. You need to be able, to have detailed discussions about polish accounting rules and transpose them into change requests. Additionally, if words like: data warehouse, ERP system, API sound familiar, this position is waiting for you!

Daily responsibilities:

• Understanding business requirements and analysing relevant processes.
• Preparing specifications for development and implementation.
• Designing, maintaining and development of the ERP system.
• Working closely with process owners.
• Cooperation with other departments, conducting presentations for users.
• Support the creation of Business Cases.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent understanding of the accounting systems architecture.
• Knowledge of ERP systems in the area of finance and accounting. Good to have knowledge on HR, distribution, warehouse management.
• Experience in solution design for complex requirements.
• Experience in conducting presentations, users training, writing documentation and instructions.
• Ability to work in a project.
• Be able to work independently with limited guides.

• Office-First: working primarily from the studio for a minimum of 10 days per month
