Senior Brand Project Manager

Come and make us even better! Join the studio as a highly skilled Senior Project Manager on our Brand and Marketing Team. This individual will oversee all aspects of projects and ensure deliverables fall within applicable scope and budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strong coordination and communication with multiple departments, ensuring all aspects of each project are compatible and seamless. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and planning to accomplish a variety of tasks and goals while leading and directing the work of others.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assess and coordinate our internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Able to define and distribute short and long-term goals and scope, adjusting communication when needed to all relevant stakeholders at multiple levels
• Able to analyze multiple avenues of information and implement changes based on project needs and target
• Establish a comprehensive project plan to monitor and track progress
• Implement change management for any adjustments to scope, schedule and costs using an evidence-based approach
• Measure and critically assess project performance using multiple tools and techniques
• Able to identify, manage, prevent or minimize project risks
• Develop spreadsheets, process maps, presentations and other communication tools and touchpoints to ensure detailed communication for multiple stakeholders
• Report and escalate to mgmt. as needed
• Manage relationship with 1 st and 3 rd party developers, vendors and other groups as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with stakeholders, and have the ability to create detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements for each project as needed

Essential Requirements:

• 6-8 years as a Project Manager (or related field)
• Proven experience working in a project management role in a fast-paced creative environment
• Highly capable of shifting priorities and proven multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - both inside and outside of the organization
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent use of PM and other organizational tool sets (Wrike, Jira, Hansoft, Confluence, Trello, etc)
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office products

Pluses:

• 4-year college degree in Project Management or related field
• PMP Certification or other industry related certifications
