Senior Brand Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Specialist to help us build our brand and raise awareness of Royal Match. You will have experience utilising consumer insights to create impactful and innovative ATL campaigns, whilst working alongside channels spanning Media, UA, Partnerships, PR, Social, Insights, and Product.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management & Execution: Working with the Brand Marketing Lead to brief, define & deliver high-impact, innovative ATL campaigns
• Agency Management: Managing the day-to-day relationships of multiple agencies spanning creative, media & talent
• TV Production: Working with leading ad agencies, supporting the entire production process
• Strategic Rigour: Applying strategic thinking to key projects, ensuring creative work always delivers on the marketing strategy
• Brand Tools: Owning the development of brand books & brand positioning tools ensuring brand guidelines are met across all touchpoints
• Insights: Utilising audience segmentation, marketing hypotheses, and testing roadmaps to shape our strategy
• Product: Liaising with product teams to maximise the visibility and impact of key campaigns
• Analysis & Measurement: Developing post-campaign retrospectives alongside the marketing analytics team
• Monitoring: Keeping a pulse on competitor and cultural trends & sharing with the team

Requirements

• Solid experience in brand marketing with a proven track record in delivering outstanding campaigns with commercial results
• Ability to use strategy and insights to push creative development forward
• Experience leading large-scale 360 global campaigns that include a mix of ATL channels and TV productions, whilst handling a high volume of requests
• In-depth understanding of digital channels, with experience in planning & delivering effective digital campaigns
• Fantastic organisational and project planning skills, with an impeccable eye for detail
• Hands-on and able to demonstrate a willingness to get stuck wherever needed
• Experience working closely with media & performance teams
• Excellent brief building abilities, a great communicator & comfortable with presenting their work
