Senior Brand Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Specialist to help us build our brand and raise awareness of Royal Match. You will have experience utilising consumer insights to create impactful and innovative ATL campaigns, whilst working alongside channels spanning Media, UA, Partnerships, PR, Social, Insights, and Product.

Responsibilities
- Campaign Management & Execution: Working with the Brand Marketing Lead to brief, define & deliver high-impact, innovative ATL campaigns
- Agency Management: Managing the day-to-day relationships of multiple agencies spanning creative, media & talent
- TV Production: Working with leading ad agencies, supporting the entire production process
- Strategic Rigour: Applying strategic thinking to key projects, ensuring creative work always delivers on the marketing strategy
- Brand Tools: Owning the development of brand books & brand positioning tools ensuring brand guidelines are met across all touchpoints
- Insights: Utilising audience segmentation, marketing hypotheses, and testing roadmaps to shape our strategy
- Product: Liaising with product teams to maximise the visibility and impact of key campaigns
- Analysis & Measurement: Developing post-campaign retrospectives alongside the marketing analytics team
- Monitoring: Keeping a pulse on competitor and cultural trends & sharing with the team
