The Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Racing defines and delivers go-to-market strategies and live service campaigns that deliver revenue growth across EA SPORTS’ racing portfolio of premium simulation and open-world franchises including Formula 1, Need for Speed and WRC. Reporting into the Senior Brand Director, Racing you will partner with Brand Management, EA’s integrated marketing and commercial teams, licensors and strategic partners to deliver inspiring marketing activations that create awareness, interest and consideration for EA SPORTS and Racing's next chapter of genre-defining racing experiences.
Responsibilities
- You will help develop and roll out go-to-market strategies and multi-channel, global marketing activations that deliver awareness, interest and consideration for new racing releases and ongoing live services.
- You will partner with our teams across EA to build and deploy outstanding and creative marketing content that creates reach, engagement and trust.
- You will set, analyse and communicate marketing measurements that improve user acquisition, engagement, retention and evangelism and that provide a learning platform for continuous improvement.
- You will develop working relationships with our licensor and brand partners across motorsport, lifestyle, media and car culture that have relevance for our players, unlock opportunities that will positively engage players at scale.
- You will manage external marketing agencies/ vendors to help achieve marketing campaign goals.
- You will manage global marketing budgets and channel mix for our racing portfolio based on our goals and strategies..
- You will lead the Brand Marketing team for Racing, with responsibility for talent development, team health and team output quality.
Requirements & Outcomes
- Brand or Marketing Manager with experience managing complex global marketing campaigns.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about video games, popular culture and motorsports/ car culture.
